Refund Policy

Summary
All sales on Tileverse are final. Tiles and coin bundles are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
Why we don't offer refunds
When you buy a tile, it's reserved and activated on the grid instantly. The moment your payment succeeds, the tile is yours — you can start customizing it, publishing content, and sharing it. Because the delivery is immediate and the good is digital, standard retail return windows don't apply.
The same is true for coin bundles: coins land in your balance the moment your payment clears and can be spent immediately.
Exceptional cases we will review
We will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if one of the following applies:
- Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same tile or coin bundle due to a technical error.
- Technical failure. Your payment went through but the tile or coins were never delivered to your account (and our support team can verify this with Stripe + our database).
- Unauthorized transaction. A charge was made on your card without your consent (in which case, please also report it to your bank).
If any of these apply to you, email us at tileverses@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and a brief description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Marketplace sales
When you buy a tile from another user on the secondary marketplace, the sale is final between you and the seller. The 10% platform commission is non-refundable. If you and the seller mutually agree to reverse a transaction, contact support and we can help coordinate a Stripe refund — but this is not guaranteed.
Subscriptions
Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Partial-period refunds are not provided except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at tileverses@gmail.com. Most disputes can be resolved quickly by email. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in your account being suspended and all associated tiles being frozen.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law. If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund that this policy appears to contradict, please contact us to discuss — we will work with you in good faith.
